What's different from the ones I previously offered? These were made with a letterpress printer instead of a regular printer, meaning the printed portions are pressed into the card, making the type tactile within the thick cardstock.

I don't know what this guy's problem is, but he left a fake negative review on my Etsy shop. He contacted me saying I sent the wrong item, and included a picture of something that was NOT my product and a screenshot of my listing. His message was poorly written so I didn't understand that the pic that wasn't my product he meant to be what I'd sent.

So I asked him to clarify because I was confused. INSTEAD, he posted this negative review accusing me of bait-and-switch. He never replied, never requested a refund, so I have no clue what this guy's problem is, but it's seriously dampened my weekend.

To make matters worse, @etsy offers no recourse for such a situation, which has happened quite a lot based on a casual Google search. I reported the review but since there was no adequate reason on their extremely short list of valid reasons to report reviews, my report was denied action.
